Common questions

A few things worth knowing.

Is this a social network?+
No. The world is a real-world layer — group runs, clubs, pickup events. No feed, no likes, no comments to scroll. You see what's happening this week, RSVP if you want, and close the app.
Do I need a coach to use it?+
Not at all. Most people log for themselves. If you do train with a coach, their plan writes straight into your weekly logbook — the surface looks the same either way.
Do I need an InBody scan?+
No. Enter readings manually from any source — InBody, DEXA, BodPod, smart scale. The journal cares that it's recorded, not where it came from.
What's private, what's public?+
Your record is private by default. Sharing is per-link, not per-setting. Clubs and pickup events are public to other members in your city. Nothing is public unless you make it so.
What does it cost?+
Free for the basics — finding clubs, the logbook, scan tracking. A premium tier adds benchmarks and deeper analysis. Clubs and coaches pay a separate fee per active athlete.
